Our Spring Bazaar and Mom-to-Mom is March 23, 2024 from 10:00am till 2:00pm and our Christmas Bazaar for November 30 from 10:00am to 2:00pm. It is held at the Norwich Community Centre. As in the past we will continue to offer 2 options. We will have 1 – 8 foot table available for $35, and 2 – 8 foot tables in a L configuration, this is approximately a 10ft x 10ft space available for $50 Vendors can begin setting up at no earlier then 8:30AM and are required to stay until 2:00pm and not clean up before 2:00pm. A label with your name will be placed on your table. If you have any special request please put them in the notes, and we will do our best to accommodate them. We have limited spots for power so they will be given out on a first come first serve basis. All vendors must keep items with in their booth area, vendors who have a table must keep all items on the table. All aisles must be kept clear and doors remain accessible as per local fire code regulations.

Payment by e-transfer must be sent to vrugteveen.hv@gmail.com. We are setup for auto deposit, so you should not be prompted to enter a password. If for some reason you have to use a password, please use bazaar2024, one word, no spaces. If you select cash, we will contact you and email you the address to drop off cash. All payments must be received within 7 calendar days, or contract will be voided, we will send you a reminder before we delete your contract.

Under no circumstances will a refund be issued. If you cannot attend, it will be your responsibility to find a replacement for the same product, e.g Tupperware can only be replaced with Tupperware. Any other business or products must have our approval first.

For all MLM companies, e.g. Tupperware, Norwex, Thirty-One Bags, etc, you will only be able to sell products related to one company. This gives other people a chance to participate and promote their business as well.
