Vendor Contract

We are pleased to invite you to participate as a vendor at our upcoming bazaars at the Norwich Community Centre:

  • Spring Bazaar: March 21, 2026
  • Christmas Bazaar: November 28, 2026
  • Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Vendor Space Options & Fees

  • 1 – 8 ft table: $35
  • 2 – 8 ft tables (L-configuration, approx. 10 ft x 10 ft): $60

Set-Up & Vendor Expectations

  • Vendor set-up begins at 8:30 AM (no earlier).
  • All vendors must arrive no later than 9:30 AM to secure their assigned space. Late arrivals may forfeit their spot.
  • Vendors must remain on-site until 2:00 PM. Early clean-up is not permitted.
  • A table (or tables) labeled with your name will be provided for your use.

Electrical Power Availability

A limited number of vendor spaces have access to electrical power and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Vendors requiring power must select the two-table booth option at the time of registration.
  • Due to venue layout and safety requirements, single-table spaces do not have access to power and cannot be upgraded.
  • If you require power, we strongly recommend registering early.
  • Vendors requiring electricity must bring an extension cord, as outlets may not be located directly within your space.

Booth Regulations & Safety Requirements

For safety and fire code compliance, all vendor materials must remain fully within your assigned space at all times.

  • Displays, products, signage, and promotional materials must remain within the boundaries of your booth.
  • Vendors who reserve one table must keep all items on the table only.
  • Items may not extend into aisles or walkways.
  • Doors and emergency exits must remain completely clear at all times.

Maintaining clear and accessible pathways ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees and vendors.


Payment Instructions

Payment must be submitted by e-transfer to:

Auto-deposit is enabled, so no password should be required.
If your bank requests a password, please use: bazaar2025 (one word, no spaces)

If you prefer to pay in cash, please let us know and we will provide secure drop-off instructions.


Payment Terms & Refund Policy

  • Payment must be received within 7 calendar days of registration to confirm your space.
  • If payment is not received within that timeframe, your contract will be void and your space may be offered to another vendor.
  • All payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend after registering, it is your responsibility to find a replacement vendor. The replacement must offer the same type of product or service originally registered (example: a Tupperware vendor must be replaced by another Tupperware vendor).

Any change to the type of business or products offered must be submitted and approved in advance.


Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Vendors

Vendors representing Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) companies (such as Tupperware, Norwex, etc.) are welcome with the following requirement:

  • Only one MLM company per vendor will be permitted at each event.
  • The MLM company name must be included in your registration/business name to avoid confusion.

Example: Scentsy (Your Name/Business Name)

This policy helps ensure variety and fairness for all vendors and attendees.


Contract Agreement

This document serves as your official vendor contract. Participation is confirmed only once we have received both:

  1. A completed/signed contract
  2. Payment in full

Contracts will only be issued to vendors who have been approved for the event. Please review all details carefully and ensure you note key dates and requirements.
